Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup for each guest
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) weekends included
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must obtain PA Food Handler Certification (training provided)
