Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and quality control
- Maintain clean dining areas, restock supplies, and adhere to sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Support opening/closing duties including side station prep and deep cleaning
- Participate in team huddles for shift coordination and daily specials
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) weekends included
- Prioritize reliable transportation to Main Street location
- Basic food safety certification (ServSafe preferred but not required)
- Friendly demeanor with ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with strong cash handling integrity
- Must pass background check and I-9 verification
