- Provide attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables per shift
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS system
- Upsell appetizers, desserts, and specialty beverages
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during rushes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Flexible availability Monday-Saturday evenings
- Must be 18+ (alcohol service certification a plus)
