Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and warm hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during evening rush hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Must be available weekday evenings (Mon-Fri, 5 PM-10 PM)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Proven ability to maintain composure during peak rushes
