Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Process payments and reconcile cash registers nightly
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams during peak rushes
- Maintain pristine dining room standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Tennessee alcohol service permit
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
