Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to 12-15 guests per shift
- Execute precise food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell signature cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rushes
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler certification
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer/cocktail service
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must be available 3-4 evenings weekly (Mon-Sat)
- Must pass background check
