Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS system
- Manage a section of tables efficiently during peak evening hours
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler/Sanitation certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
