Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or answering inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and complete daily deposit procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure a smooth store operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
