Responsibilities
- Greet customers with energy and professionalism to create memorable shopping experiences
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness according to visual standards
- Answer product inquiries with accurate knowledge of merchandise and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in evening closing duties including securing the premises
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM, including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from store location
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
