Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash drops and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required for applicants with experience).
- Must be available to work evenings, typically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation (optional but recommended).
