Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival and throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all discounts and promotions are applied correctly.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies with patience and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and store operational standards.
Qualifications
