Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products, answering questions, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with integrity.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including security checks, counting drawers, and balancing the till.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
