Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and assist with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
- Maintain store appearance through organized displays and cleanliness
- Stock shelves, price merchandise, and participate in inventory counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during evening shifts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store policies
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train all team members
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable evening availability (minimum 3 shifts weekly, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
