Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Stock and organize checkout areas with merchandise
- Assist with bagging groceries and carrying items to customer vehicles
- Perform daily cash register reconciliation and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized checkout stations and surrounding areas
- Support inventory management through basic stock rotation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Reliable transportation to our Blossom Hill location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn retail operations
- Must pass background check and basic math assessment
