Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain brand aesthetics
- Manage inventory through stock rotation and floor replenishment
- Assist with closing procedures including store reset and security protocols
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Evening availability (4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
