Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling advice and trend recommendations to diverse clientele
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining cash drawer accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team during high-volume evening rushes and events
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per policy
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Basic math proficiency and transaction handling experience
- Knowledge of fashion trends and brand aesthetics
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid CA driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
