Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering inquiries about products and services.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Manage cash register drawers and prepare daily cash deposits and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices.
