Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas efficiently before store opening
- Organize merchandise according to planograms and company standards
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for early morning shifts (4-8 AM)
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Scottsdale location
