Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to assist with product inquiries, selections, and purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays during evening hours
- Support store opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate with evening shift team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout operational hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
