Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
