Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and cleanliness standards
- Support visual merchandising initiatives during low-traffic periods
- Collaborate with closing team to ensure smooth store transitions
- Participate in weekly team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Basic math skills and comfort with POS technology
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation for varied shift schedules
