Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Rotate stock according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe work environments in all stocking zones
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts (weekends required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking accuracy
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
