- Greet customers promptly and provide outstanding service during evening/weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management during closing procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with team to ensure store cleanliness and safety standards
- Support store operations during peak weekend rush periods
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from Woodward Ave location
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
