Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and checkout processes
- Manage inventory restocking and maintain organized sales floor displays
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure store cleanliness and safety standards
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Participate in evening closing procedures including cash handling
