Job Summary
Our evening team plays a crucial role in maintaining store operations, restocking inventory, and providing top-tier customer service during the evening rush.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Organize the stockroom and handle merchandise transfers between the sales floor and back area.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both staff and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with patience and care.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures, including security checks and cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weights (up to 25 lbs).
