Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Merchandising: Assist in restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring product displays are eye-catching and well-organized.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor staff and management to ensure smooth store operations during the evening rush.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
