Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical support tickets in a timely manner during evening hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote and on-site clients.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift team leads to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Perform routine system checks and backups to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
