Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Quality Control: Perform nightly quality assurance checks on products and packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Accurately log inventory movements and update digital tracking systems in real-time.
- Security & Safety: Monitor facility access points and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team during handover periods to ensure seamless operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
