Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, reservations, and inquiries
- Ensure facility security and safety protocols throughout the night shift
- Coordinate with overnight staff for seamless service transitions
- Maintain detailed incident reports and operational logs
- Assist with inventory management and restocking procedures
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
