- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Manage inventory restocking, merchandising, and store organization during night shifts
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Monitor security protocols and report any suspicious activity immediately
- Maintain clean, well-lit, and inviting store environments throughout the night
- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless operational handovers
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach location
