Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with strict attention to detail and cash handling protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak evening hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash counts and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
