Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare items for shipment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; students are welcome to apply.
- Schedule: Ability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
