Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and locate specific items efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment during evening hours.
- Restock merchandise shelves to ensure inventory is always ready for sale.
- Handle cash handling and register reconciliation with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
