Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, routing them to the appropriate department efficiently.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily activities and financial data using internal software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of operations.
- Perform routine inventory checks and stock replenishment as required to keep service areas fully operational.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces for evening functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
