Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and in-person during evening shifts.
- Manage and update client records and databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the coordination of daily operations and logistics for evening programs.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless handover of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
