Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist clients and customers with inquiries, product selection, and problem resolution during evening hours.
- Operate Point of Sale Systems: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using modern POS software.
- Manage Inventory & Stocking: Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and organize merchandise to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Ensure Store Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to company safety protocols.
- Cash Handling: Perform accurate cash duties, including balancing drawers and preparing deposits.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and smartphones.
