Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual standards for the sales floor, ensuring products are organized and priced correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock alerts to the management team promptly.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
- Clean and organize the sales floor and fitting rooms to uphold company hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; current students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
