Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized service to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, appealing, and safe store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and electronic payments with precision.
- Ensure the store is secure during closing procedures, including locking doors and activating security systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
