Responsibilities
- Process and prepare customer orders efficiently during evening shifts.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels.
- Provide top-tier customer service via phone and email inquiries.
- Ensure the warehouse and office areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
