We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Part-Time IT Support Specialist to join our Philadelphia-based team. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a self-starter looking for a flexible schedule without compromising on professional growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier technical assistance to our clients during our high-traffic evening hours. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, and ensure our clients experience seamless connectivity and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch updates, and backups during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles (1+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
