Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage incoming tickets and resolve issues efficiently within SLA guidelines.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.
