Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for a remote and on-site team.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets during the evening shift.
- Assist with network connectivity problems and ensure secure access to company resources.
- Maintain and update inventory of office equipment and IT assets.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to document recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in technical support or helpdesk roles is preferred.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
