Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through attentive food/beverage service and venue maintenance
- Process accurate orders and payments using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in all guest areas and service stations
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams during peak evening hours
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for private functions
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4-10 PM, weekends required)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Must pass background check and provide valid work authorization
