Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Greet guests, manage registration/check-in processes
- Assist with beverage service and food plating during events
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with team to maintain seamless event execution
- Transport and manage event equipment as needed
- Submit accurate shift reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and short-notice assignments
- Basic knowledge of event setup/breakdown procedures
