Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with event setup, venue preparation, and post-event cleanup
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible evening/weekend schedules (4-8pm shifts, weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and reservation software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
