Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes with a smile.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor security cameras and perform regular rounds to ensure safety protocols.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the Las Vegas service industry is a plus.
- Must be available to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
