Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to resort guests during evening/weekend shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with accuracy
- Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with reservation software and POS systems
- Valid California driver's license (if required for property transport)
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
