Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant/event venue setting
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food/beverages while maintaining hygiene standards
- Manage reservations and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown for evening events
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Uphold safety protocols during all operational hours
Qualifications
- Available to work evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston location
- Food handler certification preferred (training provided)
- Must pass background check
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
