Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services
- Manage reservation inquiries and billing transactions
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Assist with valet and concierge services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Available evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and holidays
- Proficient with basic computer systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Nevada Gaming Card required (assistance provided)
