- Maintain pristine lobby areas and common spaces to premium standards
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multi-task in fast-paced settings
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
